CRM Project Manager
Location: London/Oxford (regular presence required), with occasional travel to Brussels, Berlin, Milan, Rome, Paris, and Madrid
Contract Type: Fixed Term (18 months)
About the role
We're looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oxera's CRM transformation a critical enabler of our client-centric growth strategy.
You'll take ownership of implementing our CRM stack (DealCloud + HubSpot) and core integrations, turning strategic vision and vendor selections into practical reality. This is a high-visibility role within our broader Technology Transformation Programme, working directly with senior stakeholders across the firm.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll manage implementation partners, align business needs with technical solutions, and ensure the firm is ready to adopt new ways of working.
What you'll be doing
Delivery planning and execution
Own the integrated delivery plan, RAID log, stage gates, and go-live readiness including hyper-care.
Manage implementation partners (iQlink for DealCloud; Karman Digital for HubSpot) against SOWs, milestones, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure projects deliver in agreement with the overall programme plan and timelines.
Business alignment and co-design
Facilitate requirements gathering and process co-design with Marketing & Business Development, consulting teams, and Strategic BD subject matter experts.
Keep scope tightly aligned to business value; apply "adopt standard—configure, don't customise" design principles.
Make pragmatic trade-offs that protect long-term data quality and system sustainability.
Data, integrations, and compliance
Work with the Technical Architect and Data Engineering team to design and implement the data model across DealCloud, HubSpot, NetSuite, Introhive, HR systems, and other platforms.
Coordinate data migration, integration builds, and quality checks.
Ensure GDPR compliance (consent management, preferences, retention policies, suppression lists, DPIAs).
Adoption readiness
Coordinate role-based training logistics and materials with vendors and internal teams.
Align communications with the Programme Communications plan.
Equip sponsors and change champions (while Marketing & BD leads behavioural change and benefits realisation).
Governance and reporting
Report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to programme leadership.
Coordinate with parallel technology programmes (NetSuite, HR Tech, data platform).
Prepare for BAU handover: admin model, runbooks, support SLAs, and knowledge transfer before contract end.
What we're looking for
Essential experience
CRM delivery in professional services, including multi-platform integrations.
Managing third-party implementation partners and SOWs; holding vendors accountable for quality and delivery.
Coordinating data migration and integration delivery with technical teams.
Change enablement and stakeholder engagement at senior/Partner level.
Working within structured programme governance (RAID management, stage gates, change control).
Essential skills
Outcome-based planning with disciplined scope and change control.
Strong facilitation and co-design skills; ability to translate between technical and business language.
Pragmatic decision-making under pressure; comfortable with ambiguity.
Confident challenging vendors and stakeholders when needed.
Clear focus on client-centric value and measurable business benefits.
Desirable
DealCloud and/or HubSpot implementation experience.
Experience working in partner-led professional services organisations.
Change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, CMI).
Working knowledge of CRM configuration and integration patterns.
What success looks like
By the end of this 18-month programme, you'll have delivered:
A unified client view – Usable, consolidated client and contact data across DealCloud and HubSpot supporting key accounts and campaigns
Reliable pipeline visibility – Pursuit and pipeline reporting that Strategic BD and Partners can trust and act on
Effective marketing operations – Campaigns and events running through HubSpot with clear attribution and compliant consent management
Stable integrations – Connected systems (NetSuite, Introhive, HR) with clear boundaries and reliable data flows
Adoption readiness – Role-based training, communications, and champions in place; the firm ready to embrace new ways of working
