Internal Communications Coordinator
Location: London/Oxford (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 18 month Fixed Term contract, Full-time
We're looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Internal communications team. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how we communicate across our global business, ensuring our people stay connected, informed, and engaged.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the firm to develop and deliver internal communications that bring our strategy to life, strengthen our culture, and support our people through change.
What you will be doing
Content creation and delivery
Write, edit, and publish engaging internal communications across multiple channels (intranet, email, Teams, digital screens).
Create compelling content that translates complex business updates into clear, accessible messages.
Manage our internal newsletter and coordinate firm-wide announcements.
Develop visual content and presentations for town halls and leadership communications.
Strategic support
Partner with the Internal Communications team and senior leaders to plan and execute communication strategies.
Support change management initiatives with targeted communication plans.
Coordinate communications for key business initiatives and projects.
Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve our approach.
Channel management
Maintain and optimize our intranet as the central hub for information.
Manage the communications calendar to ensure coordinated, timely delivery.
Oversee internal communication tools and platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal touchpoints.
Stakeholder engagement
Build strong relationships with teams across all offices and practice areas.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on communication best practices.
Coordinate with External Communications and Marketing teams for aligned messaging.
Gather feedback and insights to inform communication strategies.
What we're looking for
Essential
Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Strong project management abilities - you can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience using digital communication platforms (intranet systems, MS Teams, email marketing tools).
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) advantageous.
Desirable
Experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar knowledge-based environment.
Understanding of change management principles and internal communications best practices.
Familiarity with analytics and measuring communication effectiveness.
Video content creation and editing experience.
