Finance Administrator
Duration: 12 Month, Part time 3 days

An economics consultancy firm, Oxera Consulting LLP, advises companies, policymakers, regulators and lawyers on any economic issue connected with competition, finance or regulation. Established in 1982, it now has offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Hamburg, London, Oxford, Milan, Paris, Rome and Madrid with consultants from more than25 countries, and advises international clients in a highly flexible way, including providing advice in several languages.
The Finance team supports the business across the 10 offices to ensure the financial targets of client projects are achieved, while they deliver quality outputs to our clients. We are looking for a Finance Administrator to assist with the various finance-related activities to support our consultancy colleagues as we experience growth in the business and development within the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing new clients details, updating and locating missing data.
- New projects reviews – requesting and locating missing data.
- Supporting PM’s with complex project creation.
- Supporting the completion of financial information for tenders.
- Monitoring and updating client portals assisting with submissions.
- Monitoring inactive projects.
- Timesheet entry compliance checks and follow ups, weekly and monthly reviews.
- Timesheet approval reviews (monthly).
- Acting as a point of contact when other team members are absent.
- Supporting with tax documentation requests.
